The Relief Map: A Recalibration Course

Many of us are finding ourselves adrift. Or stuck in life's metaphorical rip currents. There's no doubt that we could all use a reliable compass, favorable winds, and gentle seas right about now. I'm creating this 4-week series to help us all (re)align our coordinates, tap into our inner GPS, and map out what truly matters. Each week will consist of Discussion Videos, Journaling Prompts and Reflection Questions, Tips for Disentanglement From the Things That Drag You Down, and Deeply Detailed Art Tutorials (all levels of creatives welcome). This course, and the art projects held within, will be heavily inspired by the natural world around us and modeled after the magical healing powers of the ocean. In true Self Esteem Through Art fashion, this will be a multi-faceted exploration of art, an intentional anchoring into self-discovery, and a welcome respite from the world's relentless noise. The Stories Behind the Things (I've Made)

Ever get awesome ideas and downloads from the Universe when you're in the shower? I do! And that's how I came up with this idea. I've been a small business owner for 18+ years and I've made (and taught others to make) a LOT of art during that time period. I want to share with you the stories behind the things: the how, what, when, and most importantly WHY I made the thing I made. I'm an incredibly introspective, emotional, and empathetic person. I need an outlet for my breakthroughs and big feelings and art has been the catalyst for a large percentage of my personal growth! Just about everything I create has a story behind it. I'm not creating things to "copy" another artists or ride the latest fads—I'm using my art practice to process the things that happen in my life and the world around me. It's therapeutic and that's why so many of my classes, workshops, and series have a very powerful expressive arts undercurrent. I'm hoping that this free series inspires you in some way. ❤️

Wisdom of the Crone

A crone is an elder. A wise woman. A woman who embodies a potent combination of lived experiences, intuition, and deep inner-knowing. She is the embodiment of spiritual mastery, power, and truth.
